a part of the song is played when chris is rubbing some kind of lotion on nola's back, in bed.

it was one of the songs that stuck out to me, and not just because of the scene! :P

(but i will say that i would be very surprised to ever see a hotter couple in a movie than johnathan rhys meyers and scarlett johansson. wow!)

it might have been an opera song, but it also sounded like it might be a happy sort of song from the 40's or something. i don't really remember. maybe i should just watch that part of the movie again. i do believe the lyrics were in italian, but i can't say for sure right now.

anyway, i just figured there may be a real movie buff out there who knows all about this sort of stuff.

i'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Forget what I said before. I realize now it is indeed "Una Furtiva Lagrima", as mentioned above, from L'Elisir d'Amore, composed by Gaetano Donizetti. I believe I may have found the exact Enrico Caruso recording used in the movie, on Yahoo Music.
