I'm sorry for making another thread of the same title but I'm desperate and want to identify this song. I don't know the lyrics, artist, song name, just the melody.
The song was played on Muchmusic in the 90's. It was before the Britney Spears era so it's a bit old. If I have to guess, the song was played after 1995. The vocalists is a female with blonde hair.
I don't know how to describe the genre but I would definitely put it in the "alternative" section.
I sort of remember the video. The blonde singer was driving in her car up a mountain or something. She had a really high, opera-like voice. She has long, blonde hair. In her 30's I think.
If the song was released today, it would definitely be played on Muchmore Music and not Muchmusic because it woudn't be that popular.
