Does anyone here know how to speak Italian fluently (or at all)?

I need help translating the lyrics to the song, "Prayer in the Night" by Amici Forever.

I have tried all the translating websites in the book, but they only translate some of the song. I'd like someone who REALLY knows Italian to give me the real deal. Thank you!
