I called the landlord because they always call the landlord on me, and I got yelled at. Life is not fair and a *****.

I sooo agree. My neighbor came over and yelled at me when I was playing a C.D. at my house with my friends over and it was only, 7:30 or so. She said she was trying to sleep, and I was like, "WHAT?!" I mean, normal people don't go to bed @ 7.

I would check with local authorities for noise ordinances and times, it may be an isolated preference of music. They may not like you and/or your music. I would keep cool and collected and try to resolve this peacefully and as an option, if you are so inclined, a possible resolve of voiding out your lease early without penalty.
Life is never fair from the mouth of a stubborn person. Stop crying about it, I'm sure the volume at which you listen to your music is not the same. Quit crying and move out if you don't like it there.
